Route

Starts at Baker Street Station outside the Baker Street exit. Runs down Baker St to Oxford Street southbound (or up Gloucester Place northbound with the last stop on the Marylebone Road).

Turns right onto Oxford Street and then negotiates Marble Arch and then down Park Lane to Hyde Park Corner.

From Hyde Park Corner it travels through Knightsbridge (passing Harrods on the way) and South Kensington (past the Victoria and Albert Museum), then through Earl's Court, past West Brompton Station and along Lillie Road, then down Fulham Palace Road and over Putney Bridge terminating on Putney High Street just before Putney Station.

Runs 24 hours a day, as the N74 between 1am and 6am.

  • (Is the route absolutely identical? If so, is this unusual? --Kake)
    • (Not quite - I forgot to mention that it's extended to Roehampton at night. And yes it is unusual to have an identical night bus route (exception: Bus Route 14) - they are almost always extended to outer suburbs although some are curtailed. --Dave)
