Interchanges
As well as interchange between the District Line and the mainline services mentioned, you can continue your journey eastbound towards Knightsbridge, Hyde Park Corner, Baker Street on bus route 74, or westbound towards Hammersmith ([route 190]?) or Putney (routes 74 or 430).
For the westbound bus routes, you should turn left out of the station and walk for a few minutes. This is not the very closest stop to the station, but it's the only one you can get the 190 and 430 from, as they terminate here.
If you plan to travel from here to Earl's Court station to get the Piccadilly Line, note that it could be quicker to walk than to wait for a train - cut through Eardley Crescent (see map) - since it's a small amount of faff to change lines there anyway.
Where To Alight
The exits are to the northwest of the station, so back of train for west (really south) bound District Line trains, front of train for east (really north) bound District Line trains.
Facilities
None really within the station. There's a couple of pubs and a Mediterranean restaurant opposite, plus a fried chicken place and a small convenience store/offlicense.
