[grubstreet] Grubstreet outage - update

Some of you may have noticed that grubstreet's been inaccessible since
last night. Paul is sorting out the problem (Earle tells me that "a
router blew up", I don't know whether he means physically or metaphorically)
and expects everything to be back to normal by 3pm tomorrow.

The grubstreet clone is still available at

  http://the.earth.li/~kake/cgi-bin/cgi-wiki/wiki.cgi

if you want to look stuff up, though the data is a few weeks old.
It also looks a bit funny because I had to turn off the stylesheet,
since that lives on the server that we can't get to.

You can also use that if you desperately want to do any editing - I'm
not sure whether we'll be able to hoover changes back into grubstreet,
but they'll show up in recent changes so can be applied manually. Do
bear in mind the out-of-dateness of the data though.
