The bus crosses over Goldhawk Road into Askew Road; left onto The Vale (part of the A4020, Uxbridge Road), Acton High Street, passes through the centre of Acton, then turns right into Horn Lane, past Acton Mainline Station. Then it crosses the Western Avenue at Gipsy Corner and turns left past North Acton Station into Victoria Road, taking you past Willesden Junction Station.

The route proceeds along Harlesden High Street, then Craven Park, Church Road, High Road; left fork into Walm Lane, past Willesden Green Station. Then on through Cricklewood to Brent Cross, where it terminates at the shopping centre.
