When there is no Jubilee service, the Metropolitan Line which normally passes straight through the station, will sometimes stop there as a replacement service, using the normally disused outer platforms. (The Jubilee uses the inner two) Otherwise a replacement bus service is used.

The Chiltern Line also passes through Willesden Green Station (but does not stop), on the way to and from Marylebone Station, it is on the other side of the brick wall to the south of the westbound Metropolitan Line platform.

The [260]?, 266 and now [460]? bus routes pass the station.
