Served by 'one' Great Eastern. Trains every 10 minutes or so on the Shenfield Metro service between Liverpool Street station and Shenfield. Trains go via [Maryland]? and Stratford, going west; going east, destinations include Ilford, [Romford]? and [Gidea Park]?.
Ticket office open during business hours, but beware of slow service and long queues. There's also a ticket machine.
Oyster pre-pay cards are not valid for travel to or from this station.

The station is located at the junction of Woodgrange Road and Forest Lane. A mini cab office is located 1 minutes walk north; buses north to [Wanstead]? (308) and [Walthamstow]? (58), west to Stratford and [Hackney Wick]? (308), and south to [Canning Town]? (330) and [East Ham]? (58).
Wanstead Park station (on the Silverlink Barking Line, which runs from Barking station to Gospel Oak Station line) is two minutes walk north up Woodgrange Road.
