The line can be useful as part of a local cross-London journey but is not of much use to connect the Virgin West Coast main line to Birmingham and Scotland since their trains do not stop at Willesden Junction. However, Watford or Harrow to South London is much quicker this way than via the [[Tube|tube]]. |

An overground (National Rail) line running from Clapham Junction in the south to Willesden Junction in the north. Intermediate stops are West Brompton and Kensington Olympia.
