Smart little sandwich shop/cafe just off Gray's Inn Road, quite stylish for the area. I like sitting outside here in the summer. It's on a fairly interesting corner if you like people-watching.

The sandwiches are all pre-made. They also do a few interesting-looking pre-packed salads and noodly ready-meals (example: spicy chicken with noodles, £3.99), plus various cakes, soup, jacket potatoes. Croissants are 60p plain and £1.20 with your filling choice of egg and cheese, mushroom and cheese, or frankfurter and cheese. Again the filled croissants are pre-made. Coffee is £1.20 and not bad. [Prices as of June 2003]

There is a bit of seating inside and more (enough for up to 8 but a little bit of a squeeze) outside on the pavement. They seem to run out of sandwiches quite early — 1:30pm ish or so there's very little choice left. Oh, and they have those nasty plasticky paper napkins, ick.
