One is the franchise operating all services out of Liverpool Street Station. The Franchise is held by National Express.

Some have pointed out that the name "One" for a railway company is potentially misleading for announcements:

  • The One train to Harwich has been cancelled
    • (there is more than 1 train per day)
  • The 10:50 One train is running 5 minutes late
