The Open Guide to London: the free London guide - Differences between Version 6 and Version 5 of Han Kang, W1P 9DD

Food

An extensive menu covering all the standard Korean dishes and several that were new to me. The lunch menu is fairly cheap; dinner gets more expensive (20+ per head including some drinks). All the food was of excellent quality.

Note that some of the descriptions are a bit non-standard - "chilli pickled cabbage" rather than "kimchee", for example. But you may find you recognise patterns in the Hangul characters anyway.

Strongly recommended: the raw squid. Also the seafood dishes in general, though they can be expensive.

Drinks

OB is the only Korean beer; easy-drinking rather than anything special.

Service and Ambience

Service can be a bit slow when the restaurant's busy, but was competent. For a party of five, the service charge was added to our bill without our having to ask for it.

Layout

At least three main areas - ground floor, the upstairs room, and the downstairs Karaoke bar. Not for those who have problems with stairs.
