East Ham Station is on the District Line between Upton Park Station and Barking Station. Some Hammersmith and City Line trains also call there.

Where to alight

The exit steps are at the rear of eastbound trains, and so it follows they are at the front for westbound trains.

Facilities

Minimal facilities at the station itself but it is situated on High Street North a very busy shopping street, with everything you could need.
