There is a single exit from the station onto Gillespie Road. The entrance and exit to the station are through a long, narrow corridor, half of which is fenced off to allow crowd control during Arsenal football matches.

Architecture and Points of Interest
When it was opened, the station was in fact named Gillespie Road. It was in 1932, after repeated requests from the then manager, Herbert Chapman, that London Underground renamed the station.
