Terminating Trains
Note that besides District Line trains, this station often serves as a point where services get terminated for the other lines. The terminating train ends up in one of the two middle platforms - 2 or 3, but it is arbitrary which.
You thus need to study the indicators to see which platform the next District Line train is running from, before deciding which staircase to descend.
