I got a takeaway bento box for lunch, to treat myself. And it was good. I suspect I'll need to return for a proper meal sometime soon. I didn't study the entire menu; I'm too susceptable to sushi to risk that.

They do four different take-away bento boxes (not the ones advertised in the window) and prices range from 8 - 10. None of them are vegetarian, although there seemed to be plenty of veggie/vegan options on the menu. My box had; teriykai chicken - delicious, if a little fatty, rice, cucumber maki, salmon and tuna sashimi (fantastic! really fresh fish) and pickled daikon. Also an orange slice, for some reason, and cost 8.50.

It took about twenty minutes for my food to be ready - it was busy - but I sat at the sushi bar and watched the chef at work while I waited. I was deeply envious of his ability to fillet a whole salmon that quickly and deftly and perfectly.
