One of three main-line stations in Croydon. Trains from West Croydon run north to Clapham Junction and London Victoria, and south to places like Cheam and Sutton. There are few or no fast trains from this station, so if you want to get to west Croydon from London, you may well find it quicker to get a fast train to East Croydon Station and then walk (10 mins).
