I've been to Japan twice, and this is pretty much the real deal. Refreshingly good service, an overwhelmingly wide selection, and excellent food. I've been there several times over the past few years, and it's been very consistent. You may find the staff's English language skills leave a bit to be desired -- fear not, there is a reason why the place is often filled with mostly Japanese customers. Not a particularly formal atmosphere - great for groups of friends, not bad for low-pressure first date. Moderately priced (large helping of sushi - mixed nigiri & sashimi - 15-22 GBP). Enjoy!
