Next door to the West London Trade Union Club, this restaurant does the best curries in Acton (at the time or writing, Aug 2004 IvorW).

On offer in addition to the usual range of Indian food is Nepalese food. Recommended is the chicken bhutuwa, which I haven't seen on the menu elsewhere. Also recommended is the bottled imported Katmandu beer in 660ml bottles.

Provided you arrive before 11:30, you should be able to get a table for a sitdown meal, and you can still get takeaways after 11:30.

In terms of ambience, the restaurant is more brightly lit than your average curry house. The staff are friendly, courteous and the service is good.

In terms of cost, the food is about average, and the portion sizes are generous!
