I guess somebody had to put together a photo print shop and an internet cafe on the same premises. The ground floor has the photographic shop with plenty of frames available, and the usual chemical smell. Going downstairs to the basement leads to a desk facing two rooms, one having 20 or so Windows internet PCs the other has half a dozen games machines with large screens.
