This pub takes its name from a Poem by G. K. Chesterton and has a wonderful gothic/victorian vibe to it. It's just up the road from the cross section with Harrow Road and the top of Ladbroke Grove. It has a very atmospheric dining room, which serves 'modern mediterranean' food. It's round the corner from two other gastro pubs - Astons (which has recently gone Thai) and the William IV (which has recently gone Tapas).
