Ken Livingstone
What's he looking at?
London's Current Mayor

Previously out of favour with the current (Labour) Government (he had to defy them and run independently when they didn't pick him as their mayoral candidate), Ken is now approved of again.

Implemented an "interesting" plan to tax vehicles driving in central London. Offices are City Hall.

Noted for his plans to do to London what was done to New York and various other American cities - sell bonds, fail to make money, raise taxes to pay the interest, drive businesses out. Well, to be fair he probably only expects the first part. -- Roger
