summary='Pub on Marylebone Lane'

Quite a pleasant pub for beer-lovers, but come here with someone who's feeling rich. Can be hard to find; remember that there are two separate parts of Marylebone Lane on opposite sides of Wigmore Street, and this is in the northern one.

Drinks

Adnam's, Brakspear and Fuller's beers are standard, and some guest beers. Prices are high West End.

Food

They do food, but it's very expensive even by West End pub standards, so I don't know anyone who's eaten it.

Service and Ambience

Gets pretty busy but it's usually possible to find a table. Staff are competent but don't have much of a clue about the psychology of bartending.

Layout

All one room, with tables and chairs. Lots of bright colours.

Facilities

Toilets are down a cramped flight of stairs. There's a public phone next to the stairs.
