The station is located at the junction of Woodgrange Road and Forest Lane. A mini cab office is located 1 minutes walk north; buses north to Wanstead (308) and Walthamstow (58), west to Stratford and Hackney Wick (308), and south to Canning Town (330) and East Ham (58).

Wanstead Park station (Barking to Gospel Oak line) is two minutes walk north up Woodgrange Road.
