Served by First Great Eastern. Trains every 15 minutes or so to London Liverpool Street, via Maryland and Stratford, going west; going east, destinations include Ilford, Romford, Gidea Park and Shenfield.

Ticket office open during business hours, but beware of slow service and long queues. There's also a ticket machine.

Oyster pre-pay cards are not valid for travel to this station.
