Served by First Great Eastern. Trains every 15 minutes or so to London Liverpool Street, via Maryland and Stratford, going west; going east, destinations include Ilford, Romford, Gidea Park and Shenfield.

Ticket office open during business hours, but beware of slow service and long queues. There's also a ticket machine.

Oyster pre-pay cards are not valid for travel to this station.

The station is located at the junction of Woodgrange Road and Forest Lane. A mini cab office is located 1 minutes walk north; buses north to Wanstead (308) and Leyton (58), west to Stratford and Hackney (308), and south to Canning Town (330).

Wanstead Park station (Barking to Gospel Oak line) is two minutes walk north up Woodgrange Road
