  • Disuse (films? cf Arp, Full Metal Jacket, Dempsey and Makepeace)
  • First phase (1 Canada Square, Telehouse, housing, DLR).
  • Recessionary stagnation (Olympia & York collapse)
  • Recent rebirth (25 Canada Square, Canary Wharf Station and the coming of the JLE, DLR extensions
  • Future (current building of World Trade Centre London, Crossrail?)
