Historical version 8 of Centre Point (view current version)

Centre Point is a large office building on the intersection of Oxford Street, Tottenham Court Road, [New Oxford Street]?, and Charing Cross Road. It is a useful landmark as it can be seen from most of the surrounding area. It stands on top of Tottenham Court Road Station.

It was built from 1963-1966, has 35 floors and is 117 metres high. The architect was Richard Seifert.

In 1995 it was made a listed building (grade II). It is currently occupied by the Confederation of British Industry.
