A rather upmarket fish and chip shop, hidden behind Liverpool Street station.

They have a sit in restaurant over 2 floors, accessed via the right-hand door, and a takeaway fish bar through the left door.

The takeaway is the same food as served upstairs, without the plates, waitresses and fish knives. It is also significantly cheaper.

In the sit in restaurant fish and chips (cod, haddock, skate, plaice, scampi, etc) will cost you between 10 and 13. Roast chicken, pies and the like are about 8-10. There is also a selection of fish not from the fryer, starting from 10, including roast cod and skate wings. They also offer a selection of side-dishes (including mushy peas) for about 1.50. (prices as of Sep 2004). They also have a range of wines and beers (mainly bottled lagers, including Castle).

Quality and service are high. It is a nicely laid out restaurant (although all seating is on the first or second floors and is up a thin staircase) able to accomodate tables of anything from 2 upwards.

It is a bit pricey though.
