Nearby features of interest: Wanstead Flats and Bush Wood to the northeast provide excellent nature spots. And... erm... (somebody help me out here).
Transport
Buses: the 257 is useful, running from Walthamstow Central Station in the north to Stratford Station in the south.
Northern end: Leytonstone Station (Tube), Leytonstone High Road Station (rail).
Southern end: Maryland Station (rail).
