Worth a walk around anyway - a traditional family department store. Every time I pass I'm amazed it is still there. |

Daniel's apparently has a branch in Ebbw Vale. This freaks me out. --[[Kake]] |

I only visited here for the haberdashery - Bunty at Daniel's. Bunty stocks Rowan and Jaeger yarns, as well as the cheaper stuff like Wendy. Quite a large selection of yarns in a pretty small space. The needles are a brand I'd not seen before - Inox, from Germany, which makes a change from the ubiquitous Pony. Very friendly and helpful owner - also known as Bunty.
