London Dungeon

Waxwork museum of horrors on Tooley Street. Lots of out-of-work actors doing temporary jobs wearing silly makeup scaring the hordes of tourists visiting. Great fun for kids: well, some kids.

Entry prices: adults £10.95, children (3-14) £6.95, OAPs £6.95.

The dungeoneers can often be spotted hanging around Hay's Galleria having a fag and actually looking more scary off-duty than on.
