The Open Guide to London: the free London guide

This road running parallel to, and between, Tottenham Court Road and Gower Street, features the UCL Medical Student's Union. Open to UCL students, staff, and guests, this features a medium-sized bar, and hosting regular karaoke nights. Adjacent to the bar is a large hall, with a stage at one end, and various bar games (pool, pinball, table football etc.) scattered around.

As with many student venues, the range of drinks is not large, but it is cheap, with regular special offers and promotions.

A word of caution: try NOT to remember that the clientele are the future of this country's health service. It'll only scare you.
