Would it be un-wiki-like for us to set up some kind of automated linky thing that would link from grubstreet pub reviews to fancyapint/Roger's pub guide/other pub guides reviews of the same pub? Un-wiki-like maybe because it'd be controlled centrally (I think it'd have to be done via a CGI::Wiki plugin) rather than by people adding the links to each individual page. But it'd be quite cool, I think, and not too hard to do. I might make a start on it for fancyapint over the weekend (though they are ug and use javascript, which might complicate) - or perhaps pubs.com or beerintheevening. Making it so the sites that were linked to was controlled centrally yet by the site's users rather than the code directly would be harder, but would be nice for other cities' openguides. This kind of central yet user-driven control could also be good for things like pub page templates - editing the styles (as in CSS) and generic layout of a particular class of pages. Quick notes that might not make sense - please prod if you want clarification. Kake -- grubstreet mailing list http://london.openguides.org/old-list-archives/
