The usemod formatter is ready to go as soon as chromatic releases
Text::WikiFormat 0.6 - it still doesn't handle nested lists though.

Yup, I was thinking of using the wiki hoover for this.

Can we do the minor/major changes, the comments, and the usernames with
the simple metadata support?  I'm not too sure this is a good idea,
since those are data about the *change* rather than about the *node*,
but it might be the most general way to hack them in.  I don't want
CGI::Wiki to get too specific.
