I never know). With the development of Grubstreet, I saw a proliferation of categories, and wondered whether this would ultimately become unmanageable. This was the motivation behind my +index patch. The original idea was a replacement for the Category search thing - and dispensing with the word "Category" As time has gone on, I have come to realise the having the word "Category" is useful. What I have designed with the patch is something more general purpose, and more compatible with an existing wiki. With such an existing wiki, there is still a "use mention conflict". A search for "Category Foo" will find all pages that mention Category Foo, as well as those with [[Category Foo]] present in the "categories:" tag at the bottom. To overcome this, my patch invents a special kind of link. Ivor. -- grubstreet mailing list http://london.openguides.org/old-list-archives/
