No changes required at all. It's actually just an ordinary search (whenever you click on the title link of a page you get all pages that contain that title -- it doesn't have to be a link). There's just a convention that the string "Category Foo" marks a page as being in category Foo, and that the page "Category Foo" will then be created to make it easy to search for Foo things.
