Turn left out of the station exit and walk left round the corner to get to West Croydon Bus Station and the West Croydon Tramlink stop (2 mins).

The station facilities include a newsagent, a minicab office (just outside the exit), and a branch of Gregg's (a baker's).

Like the rest of Croydon, the station is in Zone 5.
