The Thai Cottage is a fantastic cafe style Thai restaurant in Soho's D'Arblay Street. The food is great, the Singha slides down nicely and the staff are fantastic. Another favourite not too far away is the Thai Pavillion, but this place takes a lot of beating. The only downside is the loo could do with being cleaner! :-(
