Where To Alight

  • Middle of the train

Where To Get On

  • Eastbound, you may find that at peak times, you are more likely to get a seat at the front, as the Ealing Broadway trains fill from the back. Note that shelter is only provided in the middle of the platform towards the rear.

Terminating trains

Note that trains are sometimes turned around at North Acton. There is a special, middle platform for the purpose. If you are heading West beyond North Acton and the train is due to terminate at North Acton, it's probably a good idea to change trains at East Acton to save having to walk over the footbridge.

At peak times, seeing an empty train on the middle platforms can be good news - a guaranteed seat into Central London.
