The Open Guide to London: the free London guide

This restaurant downstairs makes a nice change from the wall-to-wall Middle Eastern food in this part of Edgeware Road. It serves very good and quite authentic Malaysian food.

Lunchtimes service comes from a bain-marie with the usual curries and rice. The slow-cooked lamb dishes are excellent. Evenings you can order a la carte.

Prices are reasonable, though I was disappointed by the lack of laksa on the menu.
