Putney High Street has lots of shops and particularly towards the Putney Bridge end, interesting-looking restaurants. Shops include Iceland, Robert Dyas, M&S, Boots, Rymans. Restaurants include a tapas places just opposite the cinema.
Farmers' market is Saturdays 10am-2pm behind Iceland.
