The quality seems generally to be pretty high, and the choices on offer are certainly a little out of the ordinary. I'll walk past ten or twelve other sandwich shops at lunchtime, even if I'm in a hurry, to come here and get something nice.\n\nSandwiches are made with various tasty and interesting breads, such as onion or dill, and include hummous, grilled peppers, cucumber and lettuce (�2.60, vegan), roast chilli vegetables, tuna with pickled ginger (good tuna; clearly not out of a can), and falafel in flatbread with salad and minted egg-free mayonnaise (�2.75, not labelled vegan, but sounds as though it might be). Salads are around �2.55 and vary from day to day; one example is chickpeas in lime and coriander dressing. Soup is �1.60; I've tried the mushroom and thyme, which was good and mushroomy but like much takeaway soup slightly salty; it also had a bit of a weird greasy aftertaste.
