London's Current Mayor
Out of favour with the current (Labour) Government. Ken had to defy them as they didn't pick him to run as their candidate and run independantly. Hence they're not too keen on him. Implemented an "interesting" plan to tax vehicles driving in central London. Offices are City Hall. Noted for his plans to do to London what was done to New York and various other American cities - sell bonds, fail to make money, raise taxes to pay the interest, drive businesses out.
