Attractions in Hyde Park include the Albert Memorial, the Serpentine Gallery and the Serpentine itself, on which you can paddle in hired rowing boats or pedalos for 3.50 an hour (adult price) until 18:30 in the summer, or swim. To the west of the Serpentine is the famous statue of Peter Pan, said to be a favourite of the late Diana, Princess of Wales, and as seen at the end of "Hook". In the north-east corner of the park is Speakers' Corner, where people go to debate on Sundays.

The Serpentine Road in summer is a meeting place for London's Roller Skating community. For more on this, see the map at http:

There is a pricey underground carpark beneath Hyde Park.
