Service and Ambience
City Pub that is preferable to the chrome, glass and pine pseudo pubs in the area. Can get overcrowded on a Friday. Dominated by City suits.
Layout
Spaceous and lofty, with a high ceiling and minstrel gallery.
There are also non-smoking dining rooms at the back.
There is a bookable function room with its own small bar, on the second floor (above the minstrel gallery).
Also note that this pub has a back door which connects with the back door to the Crosse Keys via alley ways.
