summary='A chain of upmarket sandwich shops.'

Benugo are a chain of rather upmarket sandwich / lunch shops throughout Central London. There are instances at Old Street, Clerkenwell, Soho (Berwick Street), Great Portland Street and Mayfair (near Shepard's Market).

Example sandwiches include the Parisian (brie, optionally bacon, onion marmalade, on French rustic bread, toasted) for 3.50 or 3.75. They also sell pies and salads, croissants, muffins and other typical lunch type food, as well as coffees.

The Soho and Clerkenwell branches have free wireless if you spend two pounds (four pounds at lunchtime). Apparently this wireless works well.
