One of the oldest curry houses in SW London and the oldest Bangladeshi Restaurant.
A little interesting fact that so called 'Indian Restaurants' are actually run by Bangladeshis. Infact 85% of indian restaurants in the UK have bangladeshi chefs.
This restaurant in Putney doesn't hide the fact that its Bangladeshi and the menu not only has old favouraites like chicken tikka massala but 70s classics like the banglaore phal (one of the hotest curries around).
If your lucky to be in Putney and love curry try the butter chicken with mushroom pillow these guys make to soo so scrummy.
The prices are on the high side however the food is second to none and you are in lovely lovely Putney.
