A newish Fuller's city pub, just off Moorgate.

Opened in early 2004, this was (I think -Billy) originally an office block that Fuller's converted into a wine bar-ish city pub. They offer a full range of Fuller's ales, including seasonals, that are all kept very well. They also offer the standard set of lagers and a good selection of bottles.

They do fairly good food, tending towards the expensive rocket heavy salad end of the market, including the standard pub fare of steaks and burgers as well as sharer platters, salads and specials. Prices are upwards of 6 for mains (as of 2004-11).

The pub is layed out with an open grill/salad bar at one end with some tables nearby for diners only, with a small, low partition leading out into the main area where there are a range of tables of differing sizes to cater for the various groups who frequent the pub. Even though it is quite a large pub it does often fill up and the crowd spills outside, where there is a pretty much unused one lane city backstreet which will also often fill.

Toilets are hidden downstairs and have big sinks with Proper Taps.

Clientele is besuited city folk and the pub is always busy and friendly, which is not always the case in the area.
