Decent bakers on Croydon High Street.

Has a wide selection of rolls and sandwiches for around £1 each [prices as of January 2005]. Also has som ewarm things such as cornish pasties and sausage rolls. The cornish pasties was obvioulsy made with real bits of beef and vegetables.

Also does bread. All of the loaves have been pretty good, I really like the granary one. -- bob. Loaves cost about 1.14. They will slice them for free. They also sell yesterdays leftover loaves at a cheaper price. These are normally the only loaves left on a saturday afternoon. The rolls are very good . They do croissants but only on Fridays.
