Lonix is one of two main [Linux User Groups]? in London, the other being GLLUG.

Meetings are monthly informal gatherings, being generally more social than technical in nature. The group usually meets in a pub or bar in the West End from around 6pm, with one or more groups moving on to a nearby restaurant to eat between 9pm and 11pm. In recent years the meetings have grown to a regular attendance of 35 or so, with more when meetings are held on the evening after a Linux conference or expo.

Meetings are usually in the first two weeks of each month; you can register to receive details by email.
