What To do in Chalk Farm

Don't be dissapointed, as I was, that this isn't actually a farm! Chalk Farm offers the impressive Marine Ices Italian restaurant, a family owned buisness which makes its own brand of successful ice-cream.
The Roundhouse venue is a recently rebuilt theatre/dance venue which in the past has hosted productions such as Stomp and Circus of Horrors and in the future will continue to present quality productions. It is also heavily involved with community projects offering cheap classes (and some free) in dance, acting and theatre production for young people.
The Barfly venue, although thought to be in Camden, is actually closest to Chalk farm tube station. Usually a pub, the Barfly also hosts some promising upcoming bands, and occasionally a really famous one or two, which should be checked out.
